(1) All volatiles lighting panels are build-to-order products, which are customised to the client’s specification. Every panel we ship is unique and cannot be replicated. Therefore, standard return & refund terms which are common for online purchases do not apply. According to §312g BGB (German civil code), the supplier can exclude the right of revocation from a purchase contract under certain conditions incl. the delivery of made-to-order, not pre-fabricated goods or upon clear instructions from the customer. This applies to all lighting products of volatiles technologies.

(2) We do offer a voluntary return policy under certain conditions for items purchased in the online shop (Configurator), but not for the Bespoke segment.

The panel needs to be sent back within 7 days in unused condition and in its original packaging at the expense of the customer. The return shipment must be insured for the full value of the order. The panel will then be inspected thoroughly. A cleaning and processing fee may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse the return & refund.
